Orders & Production
Why does my order take time to ship?
Every piece is made to order. We don’t mass-produce or sit on piles of stock. Your item gets created after you place your order — built fresh, not pulled off a dusty shelf.
Why do you use print-on-demand?
Because overproduction is wasteful. We make pieces only when they’re ordered. Less waste. Smarter production.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. During heavy periods like drops, holidays, or sales, it may take a little longer. Quality takes time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You’ve got about 12 hours to make changes or cancel. After that, production starts and the process is locked in.
Do you keep items in stock?
No. Everything is made on demand. No overproduction. No waste. No shortcuts.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, weather, and peak seasons can slow things down — that’s the reality of logistics.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship to the United Kingdom and Europe only. We’re working to expand to more countries soon.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, tracking details land in your email.
Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
Some items are produced in different locations. That means they may arrive separately. Everything will get to you.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Measure once, order once.
Are your garments true to size?
Yes. Most pieces fit true to size. Want a looser or oversized fit? Go one size up.
What materials do you use?
We use quality fabrics built for comfort, durability, and long-lasting prints. Full details are listed on each product page.
Will the print fade or crack?
No — not if you treat it properly. Our prints are made to last.
Care instructions:
- Wash inside out
- Cold wash only up to 30 degrees
- Avoid high heat
- Do not iron directly on the print
Take care of the garment, and it will take care of you.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can return items if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition you received them
If it comes back worn or damaged, we may refuse the return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and send:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll fix it.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking stops moving or your order doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
